I have a wool coat... several actually, one acquired at a Value Village in Halifax, NS... and my Mom has a few. In my experience, when wet they all smell like wet animal (pick your fav: dog, cat, sheep, goat, camel?, wookiee). It ain't pleasant for the nose. I suggest an umbrella to go with that cute coat. ;) Actually I think it’s pretty much any natural fiber.
