Little Loves: A series highlighting in images the little things in my life that are beautiful, useful, or otherwise bring me joy.
Last year for Christmas, Gil’s Grannie sent us these beautiful day-of-the-week tea towels that she embroidered for us.
I didn’t know where to display them until we moved to this new house and I found this old ladder someone had left out back.
Grannie, of course, is aghast that we’re displaying them instead of using them as directed, but I’ll have to tell her to make less pretty tea towels if she wants us not to put them on display.
Happy Friday!

I’m thrilled you’re back blogging, Erin! Now…about the ladder. I’ve looked in four states for a similar old piece to put in my bathroom. Nothing. Zip, zero, nada. So….if you ever run across another such treasure, grab it for me, okay? Stan could easily build one, but I need weathered wood which I have not found….yet.

Connie – Oh dear! I’m sorry you’ve had such trouble finding a good old ladder. We lucked out finding this one in the back yard. If I come across another I will definitely snag it for you.
